Sensu Monitoring / Alerts / Dashboard etc.	Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) / George Swinnerton	The use of the Dashboard was discussed. Tim is going to setup a monitor PC using a spare desktop and monitor. If this works we will then consider a big screen TV.
AIMES Server Embargo	Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) / George Swinnerton	No additional servers were identified. The need for an N3 Mirth Server was discussed with a suggestion that it could be hosted at Bristol temporarily due to space issues.
EPIC issue type usage	rapolas (Unlicensed)	We discussed that this was originally to generate a list of notable tasks for discussion with Ron.
General JIRA Discussion	Everyone	There was a discussion about how JIRA is currently being used to record Proposed or Future tasks. Some of these tasks have names against them because that person is likely to do the task. This then makes it more difficult for those people to keep track of their current workload. There was a discussion about how this could be improved with a better workflow.
BCH RADAR	George Swinnerton	There was about issues that would have to be considered when writing a contract with them. These included what level of support we would provide, what we would do if they modified the code themselves, and whether we needed a data sharing agreement to see their data for support purposes. In the last meeting with BCH a date of November was given for when they wanted it running by.
