| MRC Object Database | George gave an update on Moin's interest in submitting an MRC grant application to establish a database to hold documents (imaging, x-rays, DNA sequences etc.) tied to the patient cohorts in RADAR. The application would be going in in November with development not starting until 2018. This would be a several year long project. | ||
| Update on Nick Jones' Work | Nick Jones was in Bristol this morning and gave a demonstration of where he is at regarding loading "RDA" format XML into Neo4J. This also included some discussion of analysis using SNOMED. | ||
| Modifications to RADAR to UKRDC Output | George mentioned that he had been looking at the files being exported from RADAR with a view to trying to direct them into Nick's work. He had noticed some minor syntax errors and omissions that might need to be fixed before this happened. Rapolas said that he was aware of where in the code the export was done but hadn't modified it himself. | ||
| JIRA Ticket Statuses - Review/Done | George Swinnerton | George passed on a request from Shaun that tickets are left in the "Review" status until he approves them and that frequent test builds are made available - it having been a week since the last one was done. | |
| AIMES Update | Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) | There has been a delay to the project after the Dell Engineer who came to configure the SANs informed AIMES that directly connecting them to computers was not a supported configuration. Switches have now been ordered at extra expense. These are due to arrive Monday with the Dell Engineer having been booked for the Tuesday to set them up. | |
| Update from Roger | foghorn_leghorn (Unlicensed) | Roger updated that he'd been working on the Validation as well as adding back PID into Infection data for the Data Managers to send back to units. | |

| Update from TIm | Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) | Tim has been working with AIMES to try to get new VMs he's requested setup. He has had to go through several iterations with them each time before all the firewall rules are setup correctly. Tim raised the difficulties he was having getting the Domain Names configured and similar to this problems with not having credentials for the WordPress installs. | |
| Update from Retha | Retha Steenkamp | Retha asked about PROM/PAMs and there was a discussion about the issues we'd discovered related to an update of the software in December. Retha fed back from SMT that there was a request for a "Software Development Methodology". It was decided that we would first complete the Procedures requirement from the IG Forum and then combine elements of that into a Development Procedure. |
