PKB Release notes 26/08/2021
New features
Ability to send HL7 messages on behalf of other organisations
In this release, we have added a feature to enable organisations to send data to patient records on behalf of organisations that aren’t PKB customers. The sending organisation can include a label with the data to indicate which organisation they are sending the data on behalf of and this will be displayed in the user interface. This functionality is useful where a central organisation is sending data on behalf of its partner organisations, particularly where there are a large number of partners that won’t be set up as PKB organisations. Organisations need to populate the contents of MSH-22.10, and all locations in the web interface which convert the source details information into a textual display string have been updated to include the new value. If MSH-22.10 is populated, the source string will be appended with: Responsible organisation: .
Measurement graphs
We have updated the display of certain measurements on graphs so that they are displayed as daily totals, this will apply to all measurements that are designed to be treated as daily totals and will make the measurements easier to interpret. The measurements we will be displaying as daily totals on graphs include things like daily intake of calories or alcohol, fitness tracking and sleep measurements.
Bug fixes
Sharing
We have resolved an issue which caused professionals to hit an error page if they attempted to assign a team to a patient without selecting a reason.
GET test results REST API
We have resolved an issue which meant all results where returned when calling the GET test results endpoint of our REST API (https://my.patientsknowbest.com/api/index.html#!/Tests/getAllTestResults_1 ) with an unknown LOINC (Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes) code. For more information on our REST API please see https://dev.patientsknowbest.com/home/rest-api.
Organisation Network tab
We have removed the current network status table from the organisation administrator’s organisation network page as the statistics displayed were not helpful to users and caused the performance issues when loading the page.
