New features

We have added 2 new symptoms ‘Hand pain' and ‘Foot pain'.

Bug fixes

Discussing library links

We have resolved an issue where a link to a chosen library entry was not included in a message when the user tried to discuss it.

Laboratory deletions

We have resolved an issue to ensure HL7 ORU R01 laboratory messages are correctly removed when the Filler Order Number (FON) has been set in ORC-3 but not ORB-3. For more information please see Laboratory - Developer wiki - Confluence .

HL7 MDM T02 messages

A unique document number must be included in TXA-12 field on all HL7 MDM T02 messages as this is now mandatory.

Carers will no longer receive birthday reminder emails twice

We have resolved an issue where carers were simultaneously receiving two emails warning them that the patient’s 16th birthday was approaching. The carers will now only receive this email once.

Technical improvements

HL7 ORU R01 messages

When a lab result unit name is provided in OBX-6.2 in an HL7 ORU R01 message, we no longer check the caller's reference data unit code set for a match. This lookup was unnecessary since matches are only ever based on the code value in OBX-6.1, and as such this is a small optimisation to our processing.
