Outstanding TasksGeorge Swinnerton
  • George has added some more notes and has asked Keith Simpson about snomed codes for vascular access. Some of these will require getting them defined which could take 6 months so in the short term the registry dataset codes will have to be used. George Swinnerton has also let Fiona and Shaun have a list of PV Test codes not in the registry dataset and is awaiting their review.
  • NHSBT the latest file is still awaiting reprocessing from Chloe due to the wrong column being used. Chloe has been away and is due back this week so hopefully she should progress this.
  • Simplified have not responded yet about the biochemistry results query raised. Once this is done the code can be completed and automation set up.
  • UKRR Extract code
  • Renalware hope to make some more changes to the RDA extract this week after the meeting last week. Hopefully the PV feed aspect where a missing datetime on the laborders is stopping the PV_Extract process will be resolved so PV_feeds are working. Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) highlighted that we need to respond quickly to any new test files from Tim to keep the momentum of the RDA Extract development.
  • QBL Counts George Swinnerton has reviewed the ticket and confirmed there is an issue with the counts when a patient is at more than one treatment centre he hopes to look at this and a few others today ready for the validation meeting tomorrow.
  • Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) had a call with Nick on the merging and migration. Nick as promised supplied a first version of the migration code this morning which now needs testing. The merging discussion centred around the workitems and the fact that they should now be generated with attributes though none appear to have any yet. Nick was going to confirm that the attributes were being genearted. This should help with the identification of why a given workitem occurred. He also confirmed that merging should generally have a workitem 4 message as the first in the set with workitems 3 and with 6 and 7 being triggered by subsequent files. Nick confirmed that a merge could clear all those related workitems once a merge completed. In theory a 6 or 7 could occur outside of the 3/4 workitems so could require a slightly different "merge/clear" interface. So far Shaun has only seen these on their own after a merge of a 3/4 workitems has cleared those. The issue of clearing a propsepective match that is wrong was also discussed. for this Nick believes he already has an api call but was going to check where that was at. This would mean you called the api to clear the link entry that was wrongiy suggested. Currently Nick has not come back about the attributes or the don't merge api call.
  • Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) has heard back from Gennady (the VP contract developer) about the renal.org issues but currently he hasn't explained/identified what could be going wrong with membership payments. Virtual Pudding have not responded after their initial response. The payment issue is important because most directdebits are processed in January meaning the majority of members will start seeing the issues from then.
 Memorize/Redis

George Swinnerton has noticed that the survey code that converst the csv to rda appears to have not translated the survey codes to the snomed codes for some surveys. He specualtes this may be caused by the memorize function failing some way as was happening with the pv migration code. At the moment it is unclear why this should happen. A possible longer term solution to the caching of database lookups could be the use of s redis database.

AvailabilityTim Whitlock (Deactivated)

George Swinnerton agreed to aim to be in by 10.00 to help deal with issues arising.

Over Christmas George Swinnerton will be contactable via email. Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) will be "on call" if issues arise during the Christmas break period.
