Outstanding tasks | Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) | - No further additions or changes to the Extract this week.
- No feedback from the simplified project on the data sent through.
- It is now possible to produce a PV Extract from the incoming RDA file from Kings with the latest changes however George Swinnerton has noticed a number of issues including some tests in the PV file (sent from the old system) are not included in the RDA file so don't appear in the PV Extract. Some RDA files have 4 identical laborders except for their placerid. We should only receive one copy of each laborder in the RDA file it is assumed this is the result of the laborder being updated. This will lead to multiple entries in the PV Extract instead of a single entry. There is still some ambiguity over how they are using the date ranges which would lead we believe to lost data. George Swinnerton has also noticed that the dialysis sessions have a session type of plasma exchange which is not what is expected. It is assumed this value has been hardwired. This doens't impact the pV Extract but does impact the Audit Extract.
- George Swinnerton hasn't yet processed the file for Lizzie at Leeds.
- NHSBT have come back with 10 queries after the matching. 8 were straight forward but two require input from Infomatics. George Swinnerton noted that these were older records and that raised the question as to why they had only just caused an issue. George Swinnerton was going to look into this further.
- Validation test file is still being tested. Fran found an issue with transplant types that is now fixed.
- rapolas (Unlicensed) has progressed the extract and added CNT, IDN, PAT, ERF blocks. This will take some time to complete however it is still dependent on renalware supplying the required fields.
- rarerenal.org has been switched over to UKRR hosting
- The planned visit by NBTIT to the new office was cancelled at the last minute when filton20 decided to close the site early on Friday due to the snow. We are now awaiting new dates from NBTIT.
- The N3 PenTesting is ongoing preliminary feedback suggests some issues with out of date js libraries which may have security implications on RaDaR and Django. In addition the configuration of headers provided and used is not consistent across all api calls and some other headers are suggested. Full report is expected this week.
- Fiona has asked SSG to delete some groups off PV (These are the indian groups) this has resulted in George being asked to review their deletion SQL code.
- Hanna from Liverpool has raised issues concerning missing patient data. George has contacted here and has not had a response. Only 5 Pid issues seem present for Liverpool though they generate a lot of cannot execute statement errors due to sending multiple files for the same patient in each batch.
