Outstanding Tasks
  • No new detail has been added tot the UKRR Extract Specification this week.
  • George Swinnerton hasn't got back to renalware to follow up on issues to do with date ranges used and missing data when running the PV extract when compared to the PV feed version. He will chase this week.
  • The extract for Lizzie is in progress and should be done this week.
  • The 3C extract has been done for Richard Haynes. George Swinnerton will send it through via NHS.net account.
  • Barts data extract of own data has been done.
  • George Swinnerton has contacted Liverpool/Cyberone about the issues with their feed. He has told them about the multiple files for a single apatient on a a given day and they are looking into it. He is not convinced the issues are resolved.
  • rapolas (Unlicensed) believes all the fields are configured to produce an extract based on the UKRR extract specification. He has not been able to test it as there is not data for all fields so it has only been tested with dummy data. rapolas (Unlicensed) noted some fields don't have a database field from which they can be populated and will create a list for Informatics to look at.
  • The latest NHSBT file has been done however Shaun noticed a match had occurred for a ptient to their deleted record and not their non deleted record. George has fixed this and next time we receive a NHSBT file it will be properly tested.
  • The rarerenal site seems to be finally complete it turned out a number of the widgets had not been copied across and needed re creating. the thinkkidneys site appears to have some issues with the url mapping. If the site is called using www.thinkidneys.nhs.uk it works but if a site is called with thinkkidneys.nhs.uk wordpress assumes it is a different site and tries to call a different url which doesn't exist. Looking at the multisite configuration it appears that it was never set up as an https:// site properly and is relying on redirection of http to https. Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) will look at the issue.
  • No further update on relocation.
  • Mismerged RaDaR patient rapolas (Unlicensed) is not sure of the current situation but believes it still needs sorting. He will find the details so we can get the issue resolved. The decision was to delete the two individuals and recreate them correctly.
  • George Swinnerton has fixed another Validation ticket that Fran thought had been fixed and a new on for Jo he is now awaiting sign off from Fran before releasing. NO progress has been made on the new tickets.
  • There was no new issues with RaDaR to report.
 Royal Free
  •  Rob King from Vital Data has reported that the gpg issues on Tuesday was due t reprocessing files and running out of space. There hasn't been a repeat. He has also said he has reprocessed 40000 pdf files and reduced many to 10% of their original size. This should help with the large file issues we were seeing from Royal Free.
INS RadarFiona apparently exports INS data from RaDaR and sends it to a contact at Bristol Uni. due to the size of the file she can't send it through email and currently this data is sent by uploading to the web site and sending a url to the person to download it then removing it from the website.
AKI RAG Reportrapolas (Unlicensed)

Retha has asked that the RAG report be modified to use the same thresholds the stats team are using. Currently the traffic light coding is done by an sql query applied to the database. This needs updating to use the new thresholds. George Swinnerton has said he will modify the sql query aspect rapolas (Unlicensed) to coordinate the update.
