Andrew has pretty much completed the automation of RaDaR tracing. The latest report today showed improvements in the DOD recording. Plan is to test the automation on staging and then roll out to live. The code needs to be put into a github repo as well
The EMPA-KIDNEY extract ha sbeen completed and the data sent.
The move of Jira and confluence to the cloud has been completed. There are still some issues to resolve such as Jira links. This just leaves Bitbucket to sort which should be more straight forward. The internet Bitbucket will be moved first followed by the main bitbucket on N3 that has 94 repos in it. This will be started next week to allow for any issues with the confluence and Jira to be resolved.
STARs registry is still awaiting a response from BCH before it can be completed.

George expects to do a bit on validation this week.
Andre has made the updates for missing data Anna highlighted and corrected the issue of missing NHS numbers. She is now running a new extract from production and live for comparison. Hopefully we will then be in a position to switch to the improved database.
There was an issue with Radar exports where it doesn’t respect the chort end date when doing an extract. This needs some further inveestigation and fixing. Also Scanned consents and the biomarker data import need rpogressing.
