Outstanding TasksTim Whitlock (Deactivated)
  • Follow up with renalware is awaiting contact details for Tim from Hugh.
  • Andrew has not progressed the automatic RaDaR tracing yet.
  • INS app two quotes one for £50000 one for £128K (with a annual charge based on number of users) these represent two very different providers the cheaper one is an app developer who has started making health oriented apps whilst the other is a company who already make and support a number of medical apps and have met the necessary IG requirements. Unfortunately the decision is going to have to be made based on available budget.
  • Andy has almost completed the changes for the STARs registry. He has sorted the disgnosis loading which was having issues with the row ids. He is now looking at loading the CSV file of patient data from Fiona. This has identified that a number of new cohorts need to be configured and then the data loaded for each cohort. Andy will need to sort the data a bit and then script the loading. These changes mean the weekly export of data will need tweaking to take into account the new cohorts. The exporter also needs the auto zipping of the exported files to be added. This hopefully will be completed this week.
  • Andre has completed the NHSEngland extract but was unable to upload the data as she didn't have an account on the  dsp-portal this needs to be set up for all system teams members so they can upload data when required and cover for leave and illness. Andre sent round the information details on this page as well (NHS England ("New") - Renal Registry - Confluence). She is still awaiting her account to be set up.
  • Andre has completed the AKI extract as well and provided to Anna.
  • Andrew is awaiting a response from NHSBT after having to re-do the extract due to an error by NHSBT with the original extract.
  • Andy still has to do the pen testing updates to international RaDaR.
  • George has switched the validation code to using xlsx but is yet to build the application or do a test run and see what the resulting xlsxc version is like. He anticipates that some font choices/sizes may need tweaking. He is also trying to find an issue raised by Jackie when trying to convert a file to xls when an exception is thrown. He isn't sure if the file throwing the error has been edited or if it is the file as supplied by the site.
  • AKI Andre has fed back her findings on the AKI reload and the issues that were causing results to be loaded as null/not loaded at all. She is now changing the validation code to support these changes so the issues no longer occur. Ideally she would like to include some range validation as well. Also thought needs to be given to switching the database over to the correctly loaded one and what impact this could have on already existing data sets and reports.
  • RaDaR Andy is doing short talk tomorrow on his RaDaR development environment and developing using a test postgres docker instance.
Github Schema issues
  • Joel flagged a couple of issues that have been flagged By KCH Dev on the schema repository. One was a link that was now broken and the other a typo in the documentation of the xsd. The link has been fixed by Tim.
  • George will sort the typo whilst correcting https://jira.ukrdc.org/browse/TNG-721 where the github schema syncing is not removing files that are no longer present.
