Outstanding Items

  • Please don't forget to fill in your timesheets!
  • Shaun would like a meeting With George to work out the Paediatric data loading. This has been scheduled for Tuesday 15th June first thing.
  • The renalware items will be chased once they have completed the schema change in the feed.
  • Andrew has not managed to progress the automatic tracing but will run another manual trace this week.
  • George has resolved the reported issues on github which turned out to be in the excel document for 4.2 and not the ukrdc schema.
  • The INS app can only proceed via the cheaper quote and we are now going back to NEST to confirm they want to go ahead via that route.
  • Stars Andy has nearly completed everything now. He found the diagnoses had been mis-loaded resulting in duplication between the ORTHA list and the ICD list he has now mapped the codes consistently and removed the duplicates. He has also set up the cohorts for different specialities  mapped the diagnosis lists as required. If any new cohort is added then the primary diagnosis list will need t be mapped by BCH manually and the way they see the secondary list will also need to be sorted manually. He has also created some extra exporters for the new pages created for Stars but these need to be tested and confirmed as working as intended.
  • NHSBT raised some queries and Andy has responded and is awaiting them to respond. He expects this to be sorted just in time for the next file in July.
  • International RaDaR still needs the pentest fix to jquery.
  • Validation - George hopes by Wednesdays validation meeting   to have a report produced using the new excel code for review. He also has still to resolve an issue raised by Jackie where a file is crashing the validation. Jackie has confirmed that the file has not been edited which suggests the issue may be more fundamental.
  • AKI Andre has changed the priority of some of the errors and included the main number fixes. She hasn't yet include the rows where there is text with the number. These will be raised as an error for Sarah to confirm for now.
  • Andrew didn't have any Radar items to flag though Fiona mentioned a "urgent" requirement to load some data which as yet no Jira ticket seems to have been created. Andy will check with Fiona.
Systems Admin Post We have had a number of applications for the post several overseas with a wide range of skill sets.
Consent ScanningTim Whitlock (Deactivated)

OCR scanning the RaDaR paper consents has proved very problematic. As a result we have now adopted a process similar to that used to process the your health survey where we tried to validate the demographics with the records we currently held thus reducing the number of errors. With RaDaR consent we need to ensure the name and Radar number are correct on the file so it is linked to the correct record. So We have created a lookup list on rr-sql-live in the radar_consent database  to try and ensure that this is more reliably done.
