  • Renalware Trello tasks will be addressed after the schema changes have been made. These schema changes need to be in place to process Devon and Exeter files.
  • Andrew was planning to do a another manual trace for radar as he hasn't managed to automate the radar tracing yet. Shaun highlighted the number of name reversals and different DOB entries in the trace file which need correcting on RaDaR and wondered if the tracing process could flag this.
  • George had the meeting with Shaun about Paediatric data loading and have come up wit a plan. Shaun will create a single spreadsheet with BAPN data in it mapped to to the adult fields etc. Site Validation will be used to convert this to a text file which will then be loaded using a simplified validation code load which will do minimal validation. There are a few potential issues such as having all the data in one file, having more than one quarter in the same file both of which could break the loading so need testing. Shaun has a lot of work to do before the data will be ready so will not be looking for more help until next week.
  • We are now having a meeting with each of the potential developers for them to demonstrate/answer questions and allow a more informed decision. Currently the only affordable option is the cheaper one however the charity would prefer the more expensive one which has an on going cost. This could only happen if they find more funding.
  • Andrew believes all the required changes have been made to the STARS registry code so it is now ready for review by Fiona.  Assuming she signs it off then we are ready to upload the new VM for BCH to use.
  • NHSBT progress unknown
  • Pentesting assume STAR work has prevented this being sorted.
  • Validation George is working on the new spreadsheet code to support >60000 rows.
  • AKI a meeting has been arranged to discuss the way forward for the loading of the AKI data. The aim is to reduce the chances of data not being loaded correctly whilst reducing the processing/analysis workload where possible.
  • No urgent RaDaR work  has been flagged.
PHE George Swinnerton The data for matching infection data was sent to PHE last week.
