Outstanding Items
  • George hasn't progressed the renalware trello further
  • George completed the nhsengland extract however nhs england had issues joining the new data to the previous data. George suggested sending a complete extract each time and tried toup load this on Friday however he hit an issue uploading the AKI file due to its size and we are awaiting to hear from NHSEngland if the file can be uploaded in chunks. We need to look at ways to make it easier to send the data as originally intended as producing large extracts is likely to have more and more issues as filesizes grow.
  • Pentesting...circle have assigned some time to resolve the issues identified by the pen testing. Andre has addressed the issues identified on the django sites. Andrew is still to review the issues flagged for the radar sites.
  • A new release of validation was done on Friday. This is the first python3 release and may have issues due to data object changes.
  • No more work required for magic at the moment.
  • The star registry  IT people need to be pointed to the updated VM image that we supplied as it appears as if it hasn't been used locally which is leading to some of the issues.
  •  Andre has loaded all the files in to a test database and is now looking at the differences between production and the is version to identify the best way forward. It also became apparent today that there are a lot of records where the NHSNO hash has not been found  The exact cause is unclear and it covers records going back to 2016. Andre will investigate.
  • Andrew is working on a number of tickets for Radar and hopes to address the EDTA diagnosis ticket this week. He also hit an issue with antiptla2r field which needs to support an entry of < 3 but currently will only accept integers. The issue he found was that it had constraints on the database and was unsure why. It  is possible these are created by sqlalchemy. He also needs to get a list of patientview emails for RaDaR to support the e-consenting.  George has created a page on this in the context of creating lists for the sites during onboarding PatientView "Dashboard" Script - Systems Team - Confluence (renalregistry.nhs.uk).  Shaun flagged the fact that some emails are non emails username@patientview.org which should be ignored. e-consenting will ideally be integrated into the radar UI and we are currently awaiting a technical about the api capabilities to understand what is possible. Andrew will write up some thoughts on how he sees this could work.
  •  Fiona raised the INS app and said she had some other possible companies.
