Outstanding Item | | - George hasn't yet deleted the Dorchester patient NHS Number 4003831128
- It is unclear where the PV membership issues are at.
- The files for Barts that were sent to staging rather than live have now been resent to live.
- The issue of surveys being sent back to PV has not been resolved and yesterday one survey was sent with data despite the fix that had reduced most to just sending demographic s there is a second issue to resolve.
- Currently we are still seeing issues with PV not allowing logins usually because the api has stopped responding as indicated by sensu. Restarting tomcat-importer and then tomcat seem to resolve it although tomcat should be the only service needing restarting. Indications are it is due to a memory issue/leak. We have always seen this issue however the increased processing of PV data (90 days per file) seems to have increased the frequency of these issues. Another issue that has also started reoccurring is the ukt exports failing though this seems to recover after a restart too.
- Bugs in the OPT Epro export still remain no update from George of where this issue is.
- Andrew has pushed another RaDaR update to staging but found another issue with the editing fix where some values don't get populated. RDR-668 which seems to be daylight saving issue is going to be pushed to a daylight saving/BST in the hope of being able to see the issue. There are still a couple of outstanding issues to finish in the sprint.
- James has done a lot of tickets ready for Fran to review but hasn't yet given her a version with the fixes in to test. He has couple more tickets to finish to complete the sprint.
- Kings data has now been sent to live and is ready to be extracted for 2019. Andrew Atterton will run the extract for Fran
- Barts has sent only PV patients to live however it would be worth doing an extract to see if any issues show up with this smaller subset.
- Relocation currently it is looking like the connection hardware will not be available by the time we move deleivery currently mid march.

Tracing | | Since the incident in the NBT server room on Sunday it looks like tracing may not be working correctly. This will need following up if it continues |
Patientview | Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) | Since we changed the the data extract size the database for patientview has been growing. This is likely due to the vacuuming not being configured correctly to recover space. We are now near 99% full so it needs resolving. Andrew will have a look at it and add the necessary actions hopefully recovering the deleted space. |
