Outstanding Items | Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) | - NHSEngland old style extract has been sent through and now just awaiting feedback on the new extract before doing the historic extract and setting up the regular extract each month.
- James has run a trace for the ukrdc using the pid entries this will be re-run based around unique nhs numbers using the ukrdcid as the identifier for each submitted record rather than every source. This should reduce the number to trace and help in the next stage of creating a trace feed using the returned demographics. Next stages are automating the tracing and generating the rda file from the returned file.
- Andrew has n't looked at the github library warnings this week.
- George has had some feedback from Fiona about how to handle doses. George needs to add a picklist to the field renalware is using rather than a field they are not. Currently the analysis of this data does not trust the dosage data so tends to make a more generic assumption based on commonality of dosage. Once renalware are correctly sending the data and the historic data has been corrected radar script will need to be updated to support any new parameters. Renalware also need to use a single unit designation and not mix them as currently. George will email renalware this week to try and get this progressed.
- rrtstatus hasn't been tested yet due to dev being used by James and Andrew. George will try and do the test this week when it isn't in use.
- Andrew hasn't completed the checking of RaDaR Permission table and verified it covers all users.
- Andrew hasn't yet updated the completed tickets with the fixed version details so we can see which version had which ticket fixed in it.
- BCH Star Registry have downloaded the vm and we haven't heard anything more yet.
- National Opt out no new information yet.
- James has validation working fine now and is still working on the database to record the data in which should be completed in the next week or so. It won't be in time for this weeks covid reporting cycle but should be ready for the next at the start of July.
- Andrew has progressed more tickets this week. He has deployed some changes to live with a small issue with migration stalling. H now needs to add some exports to the weekly export list which are run using a set of cron jobs one for each report.
- Kings have fixed the issue of missing patients in the last two quarters which was caused by a flag not being set on new patients. George will suggest to renalware that perhaps this flag should be set automatically by inspecting the record rather than relying on staff to enable the flag.

adding RRNO records to ukrdc | Tim Whitlock (Deactivated) | These could be added in a similar way to the tracing records. So if James makes his tracing file to rda files suitably generic the same rda creation code could be used for both tasks. george will revisit his notes for this so that we can add this feature. It will be required as part of the test of turning on full pv feeds from all units to help gather more real time data. |
PHE extract | George Swinnerton | This is almost ready however in order to supply DOD all patients need to be traced an currently only those who didn't have an NHS number have been once this is done the data should be ready for stats. |
Pull requests | George Swinnerton | George noted there were a number of outstanding pull requests on the ukrdc code base. He proposes that all systems team members should review the code and sign it off. In addition users who submit a pull request should ensure they follow up with reviewers and ensure all the required people are included for review. This process needs to be applied to all code moving forwards. |
