Outstanding TasksTim Whitlock (Deactivated)
  • Wrong NHS number patients on ukrdc. One patient is left to sort and hopefully should be done this week.
  • Opt EPro fixes being tested as part of other fixes currently on dev. These should be deployed to staging for testing later this week.
  •  NHS England Extract is awaiting further feedback before going live.
  • The tracing of UKRDC patients hasn't yet been progressed but as a result of the covid-19 James is in a good position for creating the necessary code to create an automated process.
  • The ODS0000 appears to be used when a foreign transplant occurs and can be fixed by Tim the NHS number with spaces shouldn't be possible and is being investigated. Covid test results can be included but implementing them is awaiting the definitions for the PV fields from Fiona.
  • George Swinnerton spoke to Stoke this week and asked about if they could send Covid-19 results with PV feeds and they said they could. This implies merseyside can as well.
  • Afzal has agreed the snomed codes are not well stuctured and are incomplete and inconsistent so currently we will not be using snomed for recording covid-19 results and will stick to a PV coding standard until it is stabilised.
  • George Swinnerton will manage the updating of the pV schema to include covid-19, updating the servers to make them aware of the schema updates and ensuring pv-extract will exclude covid-19 results. The information on the covid definitions etc will need adding to the results table documentation on confluence.
  • Note currently these results are not to be synced to RaDaR due to it being a research but we are getting data for audit purposes.
  • Andrew is still looking at the syncing issues. The medication issues seem to be to do with the dose measurements in mg but currently no more information is know. He will continue to investigate.
  • James has continued to improve covid19 wekly reporting code. It now uses the tracing  library and  he is now working on the automation aspects. The first stage is to manage the merging of supplied files. This will be done by monitoring the folder Q:\COVID19\weekly_reports\latest and if a file is added checking it to ensure it can be merged and if so adding it to this weeks merge folder if not it is put in the error folder Q:\COVID19\weekly_reports\errors with an error report so Fran can fix the issue and resubmit. Any data submitted not on a spreadsheet will be added to a spreadsheet and added to the latest folder. Thursday evening the merge will be run on the files that have not thrown errors and the data processed as before.
  • The only outstanding RaDaR sprint ticket is the syncing of Demo with live. This hasn't been progressed further.
Other Items
  • Andrew has started working on the latest NHSBT file
  • PV went down due to tomcat server being updated to tomcat7-100 which has bug that prevents apps like PV working. This is fixed in tomcat7-103 however that isn't currently available. The issue with EPEL is that previous versions are not made available so the update cannot be rolled back. We will have to wait until the updated tomcat7 version is available. As a workaround tomcat7-99 has been run from source. Tim will check that the installed tomcat is not set to autostart should the server reboot. Currently manual intervention will be required to restart the servers if rebooted. Sensu checks have been updated to check the temporary tomcat is running and to flag the other version as not as a rminder to check if the EPEL has been updated and things can return to normal. NB the yum exclude has been fixed so will need disabling before updating to the fixed version and then re-enabling.
  • James flagged the library warnings from github about radar. Andrew will check if the libraries use is a security issue and if so plan the upgrading etc.
  • George has released a new version of validation to fix some issues Fran flagged as this was easier than trying to release an updated version of the current release.
  • UKT matching issue flagged by Shaun will be investigated by George. It seems likely that site has sent back a wrong ukt code for a patient and this was not dealt with by the data managers thus causing the issue.
  • SSL certificates have been updated on nurturebiuobank, internationalradar, renal.org, radar.nhs.uk and nww.thinkkidneys.nhs.uk this covers all expiring certificates until June.
