Update on progress pre-weekly meeting 20/2/17
VCentre VM's created and configured on all stacks.
Veeam VM's created, software installed.
Veeam to OLD RR stacks, Configuation started.
DELL engineer scheduled 27/2/17 for 4 days, to enable storage for RR VM's.
RR service, Firewall rules need to be amended and placed on new firewalls.
Outline migration plan shared, RR have issues, need to be resolved.
RR to provide a list of VM's and status of dynamic or static data for migration.
This week (by WE 24/2/17)
- Aimes, Veeam backup testing from old RR stacks. (backups will be able to start as soon as testing is sucessfull, but will not be a production service until agreed schedule is enabled)
- Aimes, RR VM Firewall rules to be applied to new Interzone Firewall.
- RR, provide, - backup schedule for VM's, frequency, retention, email address for reports
Next week (by WE 3/3/17)
- Aimes, Storage install, DELL Engineer on site, 4 days
- Aimes, RR VM Firewall rules to be applied to new N3 and Internet Firewalls.
- Aimes, Veeam backup testing/monitoring.
